Brittany Berlin is an oil painter and artist based in Naples, Florida. Born in Westport, Connecticut, and having grown up near the shores of Compo Beach, most of Britt’s inspiration is found from the water.
After graduating from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Linguistics and Studio Art, Britt moved to NYC, where she began working as a copywriter. There, she joined the Art Students League of New York and pursued her other passions, recipe development and food photography.
After founding the popular vegan food blog, The Banana Diaries, publishing a cookbook with Simon & Schuster, and growing a team behind the brand, Britt returned to her love of painting, and began pursuing the two in tandem. Now, she spends her days developing deliciously and secretly healthy vegan treats and getting lost for hours painting in her studio.

Britt’s main inspiration and love will always be the sea: how the water moves, the beautiful creatures that inhabit the ocean, and the way the sun rises and sets over the water, creating a rainbow of colors. Her passion also lies in stepping beyond the 3D matrix reality and into Unity Consciousness, where one can fully feel alive and themselves. Her artwork reflects concepts of spirituality, Light and Love in the hopes that the onlooker will not only gain a sense of peace and fulfillment, but also return home to themselves, their hearts.
Brittany’s work is a glimpse of how she sees the world: not as defined objects, but as lines, dimensions, color, and shapes that form an image. Everything in this life is beautiful. Every person, object, expression, fractal of light, and crevice of this beautiful Earth. Brittany looks to classic painters, such as Renoir and Monet from Impressionism, and more modern artists, such as Linzy Arnott and Autumn Skye for inspiration as she continues to grow as an artist, creator, and person.
